Grabbed a coffee after my flight and the staff was helpful in getting my order. I didn't have a complicated order, just decaf Americano.

Albert Jackenson was very accommodating. I wanted to pay for my coffee in cash, even though I had a card, but the register he was using would only accept card. I was about to cancel my order, however he decided to put it on the house. I offered to just pay with card, but he still chose to cover it for me. Very generous. He is a keeper.

I ordered a chai latte. It was good, probably the best I ever had. When I opened up the straw package, the inside of the straw had a bit of grit, so I sipped my chai instead.

Ok maybe it’s the 4am talking but this cold brew is actually decent as is, nothing added. And the sausage breakfast biscuit was perfect and cheesy! Everyone was so friendly (I love and miss the Midwest sometimes!!) Seating was convenient.

Treated myself to a Cortado and pastry before my weekday morning flight. Standard wait time, mostly clean and comfortable tables. It was a little awkward trying to find a place to stand while waiting for my order because I felt like we were in the way of others moving through the space. Intrigued by the express self-serve Parisi Pronto station if you don't mind an automated machine making your beverage, helpful in a pinch, but I was glad to enjoy a cup of coffee prepared by a local KC roaster's baristas.

Was absolutely THRILLED to see a real coffee shop in the airport AND it was open when I arrived at 4am. I was already pumped when I got in line but THEN it got better. To my surprise the made my cappuccino correctly I can’t tell you how many places get it wrong. I also got a waffle sandwich and WOW it’s was also a banger. 15/10 would recommend. The only negative is the prices but airports be like that.
